Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit (ADDU) Multiple Search Warrants Lead to Multiple Drug Arrests

According to Major Ryan Ward, on July 5, 2022, members of the Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit (ADDU) executed search warrants at three different locations, which included 911 North Slappey Boulevard (D&K Auto Sales, D&K Tax Services and D&K Used Tires), and two in the 1600 block of Edgerly Avenue. During the execution of the search warrants, several bags of Crack Cocaine were seized, along with guns and cash.

On July 6, 2022, in continuance of the investigation, a search warrant was executed at a stor- age facility (Lake Park Storage) that was rented by the defendants. During the execution of this search warrant, several more bags of Crack Cocaine were seized. The investigation is still on-going and more seizures are anticipated to follow.

The seizure thus far includes:

  • 1.28 pounds of Crack Cocaine
  • Two (2) firearms
  • $4,976 in currency
  • Five (5) vehicles
  • Two (2) digital scales

The individuals arrested include:

  • B/M Demarko Malone – Trafficking in Cocaine Possession of Drug-Related Objects, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
  • B/F Kendra Malone – Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of Drug-Related Objects
  • B/M Milton Stubbs – Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of Drug-Related Objects
