DCPD Holds Annual National Night Out on Thursday, August 11, 2022

The Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) will be hosting their Annual National Night Out Event on Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Radium Springs Middle School, located at 2600 Radium Springs Road, Albany, Georgia 31705.

The annual event is focused on providing school supplies and other items for community children in need of assistance, while supplies last during the event. Some of the offerings at the event include health screenings, COVID-19 vaccinations, kids’ shoes, book bags, school supplies, hygiene items, vouchers for haircuts and more. Additionally, Farmer Fredo with Flint River Fresh will be on-site to provide food and vegetable items. Community youth will be able to enjoy entertainment with bouncy houses, a small petting zoo, food trucks, and many other activities.
