Infectious disease and travel medicine specialist Dr. Guillermo Saurina will be retiring as of February 3, 2023 and his Valdosta and Tifton clinics will be closing. 

The clinic staff will assist patients in transferring records to other infectious disease specialists.  After February 3, 2023, a Release of Information form can be sent to the fax number or email below:
