Eighth Street Middle School welcomed the largest number of eighth grade students among county schools, registering 333 students during the 2023-24 school year.
Within Tift County schools, the highest student count was found in second grade, with the smallest class sizes seen in 12th grade.
Statewide, Tift County ranked 48th in enrollment numbers, with a total of 7,247 students enrolled in the 2023-24 school year. It was also ranked 48th the year before.
