On February 27, 2023, officers responded to the 900 block of Cedar Ave in reference to a burglary.
At the scene, officers saw the suspect was on top of the roof of the location, and he jumped off and ran. After a short foot pursuit, officers were able to apprehend the suspect.
Walter Mccoy was charged with Burglary and Criminal Trespass. He was taken to the Dougherty County Jail.
