Peach State Health Plan and Phoebe have teamed up to bring healthcare closer to you! On Saturday, August 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Phoebe Mobile Wellness Clinic will be in downtown Richland providing FREE wellness checks for Peach State Health Plan members. Be sure to bring your photo ID and proof of Peach State Health Insurance. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you would like to make an appointment, call 229-312-MYMD.
