City of Newton issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
The Newton County Parks and Recreation Department is creating its Master Plan and need your help! There will be a series of district meetings in October for Newton County residents to give their input on the future of parks and recreation in our County. The meetings are all begin at 6 p.m. See the following graphic to find out when your district will meet for this important topic.
