City of Albany issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.
The City of Albany is drafting the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to document FY 2020-2021 accomplishments as it relates to programs and services funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A public hearing is required by the City’s Citizen Participation Plan and prior to submission to HUD.
The draft of the plan is available on the City of Albany website under the Department of Community and Economic Development. The plan is also available for pick up at the Micro Business Enterprise Center, 230 South Jackson Street, Albany, GA 31701 or https://www.albanyga.gov/about-us/city-departments/community-economic-development/mbec-conference-room-calendar/planning-documents-etc. Written or oral comments must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021.
