County of Dougherty issued the following announcement on May 18.
According to Major Ryan Ward, on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, members of the Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit (ADDU) executed a search warrant in the 2300 block of Sharon Drive. The search warrant came as a result of multiple complaints of drug activity conducted in the area.
During the execution of said search warrant, the following items were recovered/seized:
- 3.5 pounds of Marijuana
- AR 15 Assault Rifle
- Smith and Wesson .380 caliber handgun
- $1,669 in currency
- Plastic baggies
- B/M Taljon Cromer, Jr. – Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug-Related Objects, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes (two counts), and Reckless Conduct
- B/F Jazmin Cromer – Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug-Related Objects, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes, and Reckless Conduct.
