Governor Brian P. Kemp has signed Senate Bill 233, the “Georgia Promise Scholarship Act,” into law. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Greg Dolezal, creates the Georgia Education Savings Authority and establishes promise scholarship accounts funded by the state. Sen.
