Ward Redistricting Informational Meeting

0Comments

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, there will be a Ward redistricting informational meeting during the Albany City Commission work session at 8:30 a.m., in Room 100 of the Government Center, located at 222 Pine Avenue.

A second meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 14, at 6 p.m., which will also be held in Room 100 of the Government Center.

During these meetings, residents will have an opportunity to provide input prior to the Commission voting on the two proposed redistricting maps.

The public is encouraged to participate in the discussions about the redistricting of the Wards as it could impact which City commissioner will be representing you and the Ward you live in moving forward.

You can provide your input now, and select which redistricting map you prefer by answering a two-question survey. You can access the survey by scanning the QR code below or by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/r/JP8GNQG.
