Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Albany Technical College

In-state tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Albany Technical College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Georgia residents paid $2,712 to attend the two-year public institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Non-resident students would have paid 78.8 percent more than residents this year, or $4,848. Non-resident tuition and fees were unchanged from $4,848 in 2017-18.

100 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Georgia residents.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 270 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2 million and 159 students took out student loans totaling more than $405,515.

Including all undergraduates (3,181), 2,750 students used grants or scholarships totaling $15.5 million, and 1,719 students took out $5.4 million in federal student loans.
