Georgia Tech women's volleyball has surged to No. 13 in the Coaches Top 25 Women’s Poll and will look to keep its winning streak going this weekend.

The ranking comes after the team beat Duke in a sweep (25-16, 25-10, 25-16) in just over an hour on Sunday afternoon at O’Keefe Gymnasium.

The Jackets earned their fourth consecutive victory with the win and ninth sweep of the season, including four in ACC play.

"Since appearing in the Top 25 at No. 12 on Sept. 30, 2020, Tech has been listed in 31 straight top 25 polls to date," the school said in a press release.

The ranking is the program’s highest since the 2020 season and marks the highest for the Jackets since being listed No. 6 on Nov. 25, 2020.

Dating back to the 2019 season, Georgia Tech has won 47 of its last 56 matches led by outside hitter Julia Bergmann, who tops the ACC in both points per set and kills per set.

According to the press release, the school will now travel north to take on Syracuse on the Orange on Friday at 7 p.m. before finishing the weekend at Boston College with a Sunday contest at 1 p.m. against the Eagles.
